Job Summary
Operate CNC machines and manual equipment to produce production parts and assemblies per specifications. Set up machines, load tools/fixtures/materials, verify settings and parameters, and adjust as needed. Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and report discrepancies. Maintain clean, safe work area and complete required production paperwork. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work collaboratively in a team; able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Highschool Diploma)
- 2-3 years CNC operator experience
- Proficient in machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
- Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and safety protocols
