Job Summary

Set up, prepare, and operate CNC machines for daily production runs by installing tools, securing jaws, and making critical adjustments. Monitor operations to recognize machining issues, troubleshoot program errors, and perform routine daily maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Actively assist and train team members while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment. Work strictly in adherence to company and OSHA safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints
  • Proficiency in reading and utilizing precision measuring devices, including scales, calipers, and micrometers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to stand for the full duration of the scheduled shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven working knowledge of G-code programming
  • Prior experience with Mazatrol machinery
