Job Summary
CNC Operator I (Night and Weekends) operating CNC mills and/or lathes in an aerospace production environment. Load/unload parts and materials, run approved CNC programs without modification, perform basic in-process inspections with hand tools (calipers, gauges), monitor machine operation and cycle times, identify and report machine faults or tool wear, maintain a clean FOD-free work area, and follow safety, PPE, ESD, and quality requirements. Complete production documentation accurately and collaborate with engineers and operations teams on multiple programs and value streams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
