Job Summary
Entry-level CNC Operator to assist in operating and maintaining CNC equipment for injection mold tooling. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing tool changes and offsets, inspecting parts with calipers/micrometers/gauges, reading work instructions/blueprints/setup sheets, maintaining production/quality documentation, keeping work areas clean, and adhering to safety policies. Requires vocational training or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, teamwork, and basic math. Preferred exposure to CNC machining and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational School – completion or active
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals)
- Exposure to CNC machining preferred
- Blueprint/technical drawing reading preferred
- Familiarity with measuring tools preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity
