Job Summary
Operate EP 30 Pressing Machine with robotics, performing daily set-up, maintenance, and production in a team environment. Follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to meet product tolerances; calibrate equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement. Modify existing equipment and assist in designing new setups to enhance manufacturing processes while upholding quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Gemba Kaizen / Continuous Improvement
