Job Summary
Operate manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes, and position parts using fastening devices while utilizing hand-held, electrical, and pneumatic tools. Adjust equipment based on material types, recognize worn tooling, and verify product accuracy through batch inspections. Report defective materials, discrepancies, or non-compliant products to the Department Lead, maintaining a clean work area and following safety regulations. Complete necessary paperwork including in-process and carbon copy production sheets. Requires high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts as required

- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
