Job Summary
Program and setup CNC systems for high-precision internal and external splines and gears ranging from 256DP to 2DP across aerospace components using German, Japanese, and American technology. Operate shapers, hobbers, and gear grinders to manufacture complex gear and spline parts. Requires full-time day shift attendance of 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
- Must be able to stand and/or sit the majority of the shift
- Self-starter with a great attitude
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Punctual Attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-demand, quality environment
