Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. Interpret drawings, program machines in G code, and monitor operations while inspecting finished products for quality compliance. Perform measurements, create protocols, and execute maintenance or troubleshooting on demanding hardware. Manage overhead cranes and transport materials using a forklift for loading and unloading. Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, group leader instructions, and workplace discipline standards. Work collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support production efficiency and quality goals.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or high school, Metals or related majors
- Min 2 years of experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operating procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- independent execution of demanding work on CNC machines
- independent programming in G code
- independent reading of drawings, measurement protocols and other technical documentation
- correct setting of machines and tools, production of elements in the prescribed manner qualities, elimination or labelling of inappropriate products
- programming and servicing of CNC machines or other machines
- performance of measurements and creation of measurement protocols
- maintenance of demanding machines and devices
- implementation of occupational health and safety regulations in one's work, compliance
- group leader's instructions, compliance with machine maintenance instructions
- maintenance and cleaning of hardware
- responsibility for neatness and cleanliness at the workplace, order and discipline
- performing necessary maintenance work on machines, troubleshooting and machinery breakdowns
- implementation of instructions from occupational safety and fire protection
- management of the overhead crane
- carrying out transport with a forklift, loading and unloading
- performs other tasks according to the instructions of the manager and organizational regulations
- teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Desired Qualifications
