CNC Operator

Job Summary
Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and produce precision components for exhibition stands and displays. Interpret production drawings, program and edit G-code, and measure parts to meet specifications and tolerances. Change tooling, monitor wear, and use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure quality. Troubleshoot performance issues to improve output; maintain stock and housekeeping; assist with loading/unloading, and on-site duties as required. Follow WHS requirements, PPE standards, and machinery maintenance procedures. Strong focus on precision, safety, and continuous improvement with collaboration across production staff, Account Managers, suppliers, and materials companies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC operation
- Ability to understand and interpret production drawings
- G-code programming experience
- Tooling, inserts, fixtures, offsets, and measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting capability
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and safety standards
