Job Summary
CNC Operator at Custom Castings responsible for operating CNC lathes and CNC mills, performing setups when skilled, reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure quality, using precision measuring instruments to verify standards, and collaborating with a team in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and with others, clear English communication, and flexibility for overtime. Prior lean manufacturing exposure is a plus. Winnipeg, MB location; full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC lathe and/or mill operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
