Job Summary
Operate CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC equipment safely and efficiently, loading and unloading materials, tooling, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings while verifying dimensions using precision measuring instruments. Perform routine machine adjustments, monitor performance, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. Maintain a clean work area following all safety procedures and collaborate with supervisors to meet production schedules. This experienced role requires 2+ years of CNC operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring equipment

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with both CNC mills and lathes
- Familiarity with G-code and basic program edits
- Experience working with steel, aluminum, or other fabricated metal components
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
