CNC Operator

Set up and operate CNC machines (3+ axis) to produce parts to spec; spend ~75% of time on CNC machining and ~25% supporting assembly; read and interpret blueprints and job specifications; select and mount proper tools, fixtures, and attachments; monitor cutting process and make adjustments to maintain quality; inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects; perform routine machine maintenance; support assembly team as needed to ensure smooth production flow; willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific CNC equipment.
