Job Summary
Monitor and operate CNC lathe machines to cut metal for Rotobec products, loading materials and calculating feed amounts based on vibration and sound indicators. Read blueprints, inspect fabricated parts against specifications, and perform accurate unit setups while safely operating equipment and overhead cranes. Meet production targets, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices. Complete required safety training and cross-train as needed. This role supports the manufacturing of Rotobec products in Groveton, NH, with a Monday to Thursday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree in a related field or 1 year or more comparable manufacturing experience deemed valid by the employer
- Ability to perform quality work in compliance with the required standards as demonstrated in previous employment/experience
- Excellent operator skills
- Excellent knowledge of all measuring devices
- Understand and identify parts from blueprints/CAD drawings
- Knowledge of lathe and milling machines
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to communicate well with others and have good organizational skills
- Able to travel to Canada for training purposes
