Job Summary
CNC Operator responsible for maintaining and operating the CNC machine for stone countertop production, including loading programs, loading/unloading parts, positioning material, inspecting tooling, and performing quality checks. Role involves using job processing software to monitor production flow, operating overhead cranes, lifting heavy parts (up to 100 lbs), and working 8–12 hour shifts on the 3rd shift. Requires high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience in a production machinery environment, plus some software/programming knowledge and measuring/tooling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
- Some software and programming knowledge
- Experience with cutting and polishing tools
- Detail oriented
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Good math skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely operate overhead crane
- Ability to follow all safety requirements
- Ability to use measuring tools
