Job Summary
Operate CNC equipment, robotic systems, and machining centers while navigating HMI controls and executing setup procedures. Troubleshoot part fit-up issues, diagnose machine functions, and perform preventive maintenance or minor repairs as needed. Conduct quality checks on parts, monitor production processes, and suggest efficiency improvements to support adherence to schedules. Communicate technical issues to technicians, engineers, and supervisors, and train new team members on equipment operation. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with all industry regulations and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience with hand tools and measuring devices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding part sensing fixtures/clamps
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong machine systems knowledge
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and understand maintenance and repair instructions
- Basic math skills to utilize measuring equipment
- Ability to work in standing positions during work shift
- Ability to repetitively lift, maneuver, and load parts up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Strong safety work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player and ability to lead team members
