CNC Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift - $3.00 Shift Differential!

Job Summary
Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and within production requirements. Check machine assignments and discuss performance with previous shift operators. Complete accurate daily records in Shop Travelers and ERP. Follow Shop Traveler, Inspection Sheets, and blueprints; inform quality control and supervisors of issues. Maintain quality and safety per the EIMCo Quality Manual and Safety Policies; perform preventive maintenance and report abnormalities. Keep work area clean per 5S, comply with PPE requirements, and assist with documentation. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn EIMCo processes, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a manufacturing setting with possible overtime; 10-panel drug screening required. Education: high school diploma or GED with relevant experience; formal education or experience may be substituted with training. Career advancement opportunities and benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
- Formal education or experience may be substituted with training when competency in the position is demonstrated
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the EIMCo manufacturing process
- General skills with hand and power tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects
