CNC Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift - $3.00 Shift Differential!

Job Summary
Operate CNC machines to produce parts on 2nd and 3rd shifts according to specifications and customer requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and shop travelers, record daily production data in ERP, and monitor part quality per the EIMCo Quality Manual. Communicate with lead and other shift operators about machine performance and any issues; load/unload parts and perform inspections; perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and PPE policies. This role supports a manufacturing environment with emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, multitasking across projects, and adherence to safety procedures. Education: HS diploma or GED with related manufacturing experience preferred; overtime may be required; drug screening is part of the process.
