Job Summary
CNC Operator on 2nd and 3rd shifts responsible for producing parts on CNC machines to specifications, unloading/packaging per standards, and maintaining accurate daily production records in Shop Traveler and ERP. Follows documentation and blueprints, communicates with leads about machine performance and any issues, and ensures quality through inspections per the EIMCo Quality Manual. Maintains a clean, safe work area under 5S and PPE policies; performs basic preventive maintenance, detects abnormal conditions, and reports concerns to maintenance or shift supervision. Requires mechanical background, willingness to learn EIMCo processes, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Education/experience: high school diploma or GED with 1 year industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
