Job Summary
CNC Operator I responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring HAAS CNC machining equipment to manufacture prototype and low-volume production parts. Tasks include loading/unloading parts, changing offsets and tools, loading programs, reporting issues to the team lead/supervisor, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Must read blueprints and use measuring tools to verify tolerances; perform operator PMs; work 7am–3pm; maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High standard of attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work
- Strong teamwork skills
