CNC Operator 1st Shift

Operate CNC machines to cut and finish quartz stone in a high-precision environment. Read blueprints, load materials, supervise automated cutting, set up and edit programs, and monitor CNC operations to ensure safety, quality, and order accuracy. Conduct daily safety inspections, use measuring equipment to verify each part before and after machining, and communicate with leadership to troubleshoot as needed. Cross-train on multiple equipment types and perform other duties as assigned by supervision. The role emphasizes high attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a sense of urgency in completing tasks within Cambria’s safety and quality standards.
