Job Summary
Set-up and operate CNC machine equipment by reading blueprints, installing tools, and making off-set entries on control panels. Observe cutting tools for wear, replace as necessary, load and unload parts into hydraulic or mechanical fixturing, and deburr finished parts. Validate and run manufacturing production on various CNC machines while holding tight tolerances and inspecting own work. Assist Engineering in process development, customize tools, and maintain accurate records of tool data and off-sets. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. This role requires three years of CNC machine operator experience, knowledge of Fanuc and Okuma controls, and familiarity with cellular manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 Year of CNC Machine Operator Experience
- MAX LIFT 30lbs
- Safety Glasses w/ side shields, Safety Shoes, and hearing protection
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Okuma controls

- CNC Lathe Machine Operator Skills
- Ability to configure/modify work as required by process
- 1st Shift Monday- Thursday 5 AM-3 PM
- 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3 PM-1 AM
Desired Qualifications
- Three years or more experience with CNC equipment preferred
- Programming experience helpful
