CNC Operator I — entry-level role in a manufacturing environment in Three Rivers, MI. Responsibilities include operating manual mills and lathes, following job orders to produce required quantities, loading stock into position, and verifying settings by measuring first-run parts and samples. Maintain quality by following instructions, observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, and adhering to international standards. Perform preventive maintenance, document actions and irregularities, and update job knowledge through educational opportunities. Contribute to team-based operations and ensure parts meet customer and company quality standards. Working hours are 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Requires some knowledge of machining and good written and oral communication skills; safety procedures and documentation are emphasized. Additional duties may be added as needed.
