CNC Offline Programmer

Job Summary
CNC Offline Programmer needed to develop and optimize programmes for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis HAAS machining centres using Alphacam and Fusion 360. Create CNC programmes, generate tool paths from CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP, SolidWorks), and support prove-out and machining stages. Develop work holding methods, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure high-quality outputs. Requires minimum 5 years machining/setting/operating experience, at least 3 years offline programming, and strong experience with Alphacam and/or Fusion 360; familiar with HAAS machines; able to read engineering drawings and CAD files.
