Job Summary
2nd Shift CNC Milling Machinist needed to set up, program, and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers; inspect and validate own work with precision measuring tools; perform short-run production and frequent tooling changes; read part prints and drawings; work on precision components for industries including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, and Battery in a climate-controlled, well-equipped facility. Relocation assistance provided; pay starts at $30/hour with a 10% shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and more.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers — required
- Strong programming skills — required
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
- Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using micrometers and calipers
- Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish
