CNC Mill Programmer Weekday Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a multi-axis CNC Mill Programmer to develop machining strategies, create machine programs for Multi Axis Mills in Mastercam or Esprit, and collaborate with machinists, supervisors, and quality inspectors to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing plans, designing custom tools and fixtures, selecting appropriate tooling, releasing validated programs, and maintaining configuration control of job records. Candidates should have experience troubleshooting issues, strong critical thinking skills, and a comprehensive understanding of GD&T.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of CAM programming experience
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- 1+ years of Mastercam or Esprit experience
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Must have experience with alloys commonly used in aerospace applications (aluminum, titanium, inconel, stainless steels)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Solidworks experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
