The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years CNC milling experience (or equivalent technical training)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
- Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tooling
- Ability to perform basic math and decimal conversions
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or similar controls
- Setup experience (fixture mounting, tool setting, probing)
- Experience running tight-tolerance parts (±.001" or better)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
