Job Summary
Operate CNC Haas Mill EC-1600 to manufacture and machine parts. Monitor machine efficiency, perform in-process inspections, sort and package products, discard non-conforming parts, stock materials, and perform routine preventative maintenance. Maintain daily production records, follow health and safety standards, and ensure parts meet specified tolerances using precision measurement tools.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on work experience with CNC production equipment
- Strong background in a production manufacturing environment
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office-
- Ability to sit, stand and walk on a varying basis throughout work schedule
- Ability to carry and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Understanding of blueprint reading and the principles of dimensioning and tolerances
