Entry-Level CNC Mill Machinist needed to join a precision firearms manufacturer. The role focuses on basic CNC machine operation under supervision, loading/unloading workpieces, maintaining coolant levels, managing chip bins, adhering to setup sheets and SOPs, and inspecting parts for basic quality. Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of machining experience or a recent in-person machining trade school graduate, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of machining experience OR recent graduate of an in-person machining trade school program
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and shop practices
- Familiarity with machine maintenance tasks (coolant, chips, cleaning, lubrication)
- Ability to follow instructions and work consistently in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)
- Must have no disqualifying criminal history
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
