Job Summary
Operate, set up, and correct CNC turning machines with up to three tool magazines using Fanuc and Siemens controls to produce precision parts. Independently create programs and select tools, while collaborating with work preparation to optimize processes and ensure quality. Manage simultaneous operation of two to three machines within a three-shift system, performing corrections up to release approval. Requires a completed vocational training as industrial mechanic or machining mechanic, strong German skills, and reliable teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- einfach abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/x) oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/x)
- Berufserfahrung speziell im Drehen und in der Bedienung von Dreh-Fräszentren
- Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit 2-3 Maschinen gleichzeitig zu bedienen
- eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im 3-fach Schicht System
