Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced CNC metalworking machines including Haas, Makino, and Matsuura models by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Perform machine installations, adjustments, and repairs on spindles, drives, slides, and electronic controls while calibrating components to ensure precise performance. Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams. Travel locally to customer sites within the Dallas–Fort Worth region, with occasional overnights required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Prior Haas machine tool experience
- Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems
- Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro‐mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Excellent problem‐solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel within northern Texas, primarily the DFW area, with 4–6 overnights per month
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
