Job Summary
Join a growing machine shop team as a CNC Machinist or CNC Machine Operator. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC and/or manual mills and lathes, reading blueprints and GD&T, machining parts to tight tolerances, inspecting parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators, making tooling offsets and basic program adjustments, troubleshooting with supervisors and engineers, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of machinist experience in a machine/job shop, ability to read blueprints, experience with CNC and/or manual machining, familiarity with steel/aluminum/stainless and plastics, and knowledge of G-code, ERP systems, or ISO/AS9100 is a plus. Entry-level paid training available; schedule is Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities. Required Qualifications

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Experience with CNC and/or manual machining
- Familiarity with steel, aluminum, stainless, and plastics
