Job Summary
Operate, assemble, and adjust CNC and conventional machine tools to manufacture or modify mechanical parts meeting energy industry quality standards. Read and interpret technical plans, determine assemblies, and participate in machining ranges while choosing and mounting required tools. Make first parts, control dimensions with appropriate equipment, and respect proposed machining times. Adjust tools for wear, program on Mastercam, and ensure preventive maintenance. Repair, disassemble, and modify production equipment, and conduct technical training when required. Maintain strict safety protocols and use proper PPE throughout all manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- French mandatory
- DEP in machining technique
- AEC in mechanical engineering
- ASP in numerical control
- NCC experience: 3 years and more
- Experience in 2-axis CNC lathe
- Experience in 4-axis CNC milling machine
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Health and Safety in the workplace
- WHMIS certified
- Familiar with principles of ISO
- Full time attendance is required during regular hours
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Day shift (Monday to Friday 6am to 2:15pm)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in 2-axis CNC lathe and 4-axis CNC milling machine (desirable)
- Programming on Mastercam (atout)
- Experience in 2-axis CNC lathe and 4-axis CNC milling machine (souhaitable)
