Job Summary
Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, and grinders to produce precision parts for metal packaging. Fabricate and repair tooling while performing continuous quality control and adhering to strict safety regulations. Stop non-conforming work processes immediately and contribute to organizational goals by developing new methods and systems. This role requires 5-7 years of precision machining experience, proficiency in conversational programming, and the ability to read engineering drawings. The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off in Youngstown, OH, offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a starting salary of $28.56–$32.64.
Required Qualifications
