Job Summary
CNC Machinist – Tool Room Technical Customer Support role based in Colorado. Responsibilities include assessing and collecting tooling data at customer locations, creating a customer database in Excel, installing and inventorying tooling systems at customer sites (including software/hardware, labeling, locating, and training on inventory software), performing software maintenance and hardware support, and providing back-up Tool Crib Support and warehouse support. Requires 3+ years in tool room/machining with cutting tools, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and good organizational and time-management abilities. Typical schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with travel up to 40%. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Equal employment opportunity statement included.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Tool Room/Machining experience/inside sales working with cutting tools
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proficient PC/computer skills
- M – F, 7am- 4pm
- Valid Driver’s license & acceptable driving record
