Job Summary
The CNC Machinist will set up and operate various CNC and manual machines in the Tool Room, ensuring proper tooling and machine operation. Responsibilities include machining and testing parts based on engineering standards, maintaining documentation, establishing manufacturing methods, inspecting parts for quality, and training lower skill-level team members. Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of machining experience, and be able to meet physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of machining and/or testing mathematical concepts
- Basic knowledge of inspection requirements and techniques
Additional Requirements
- Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Government Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
