Job Summary
Operate, setup, and program edit CNC machines to produce development, non-flight and flight hardware; perform precision set-ups on state-of-the-art assets (preferably Okuma mill-turn); manage cutting tools and perform deburrs to contribute to high-quality parts; conduct weekly/monthly CNC machine preventive maintenance; maintain shop organization (5S, chip bins, oils, greases); stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and support teammates; read blueprints, perform shop math, and apply basic arithmetic; cross-train peers and contribute to a team-oriented environment; comply with ITAR requirements and participate in ongoing process improvements with engineering and fabricating teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience in CNC machining
Additional Requirements
- ITAR REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizen or national, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
