Job Summary
Operate 5-Axis CNC Mills and lathes to produce required parts according to process documentation, including setup, first-piece inspection, and in-process monitoring using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment. Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues, perform operator maintenance, and handle de-burr or rework tasks. Execute data collection in Job Boss and maintain work stations to 5S standards while adhering to all PAC safety policies and procedures. Make recommendations to optimize processes. Available on A, B, C, or D-shifts with 10 or 12-hour rotations, including weekend options.
