Job Summary
Operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts while performing complex set-ups with precision. Create new programs from blueprints and edit existing ones using G-code or Mazatrol. Utilize various quality equipment to ensure all parts meet specifications. Work Monday through Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight in a 45-hour paid work week with overtime opportunities. Join a dedicated team at an Appleton client where you will take ownership of your work and contribute to a productive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC lathe machining
- Proficiency in programming with G-code or Mazatrol
- The ability to create and edit programs from blueprints
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Monday - Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., and Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to midnight
- 45-hour paid work week with overtime opportunities available
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Virtual Gibbs CAM or other CAM software
- Experience with medium lathes and/or a VTL
- Experience with live tooling and Y-axis
