Job Summary
Repair and overhaul aircraft assemblies and components as a CNC Machinist RS Acft Component Repair Tech II for weekend night shifts at Gulfstream Savannah. Responsibilities include setting up and operating automated machines to fabricate parts per blueprints/engineering documents, downloading and adjusting CNC programs, testing for conformance, inspecting tools and finished parts with precision measuring equipment, fabricating/repairing sheetmetal and harnesses, and applying repair techniques to electrical/mechanical assemblies while complying with FAA Repair Station requirements. Requires High School Diploma/GED and about 2 years of related experience or education; familiarity with blueprints, engineering docs, precision measurement, and relevant aerospace repair processes. Shift: Weekend Nights; Location: Savannah, GA; No visa sponsorship beyond current employees; travel up to 25%.
