Job Summary
Pinnacle Converting Equipment seeks a skilled CNC Machinist Programmer to operate CNC mills and lathes, translate CAD files to G-code, and ensure safety and quality standards in a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Solid background in operating Haas CNC mills and lathes
- Ability to translate AutoCad Inventer files to G-code with BobCad/Cam software
- Ability to read 3D assembly drawings and 2D fabrication drawings
- Willingness to work alone or as part of a team
- Positive communication skills with Plant Manager & Engineering
- Understanding of shop safety
- Willingness to meet or exceed scheduled deadlines
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Manual milling skills
- Fork Lift Operator Certification
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality system
