CNC Machinist/Programmer

Program Mazak machines using Mazatrol software, set up equipment, and operate mills and lathes while troubleshooting mechanical issues. Collaborate with engineers to interpret blueprints and CAD models, then develop efficient machining strategies to boost productivity. Train and mentor junior machinists while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires 5+ years of trade experience and proficiency in G-Code and Mastercam. The position offers a 6 AM start Monday through Friday with 10-12 hour days, averaging 52 hours weekly, plus overtime pay after 40 hours.
