Job Summary
Operate CNC Milling machines on the night shift, independently setting up and running jobs and inspecting machined parts to meet specifications. Troubleshoot production issues with support from Supervisors and Engineers, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions. Read and interpret blueprints, apply GD&T, and use G-code and M-code to program and control machines. Maintain a safe working environment and collaborate with Senior Machinists and Supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency. The role is on-site in Monticello, MN, with a Monday-Thursday schedule from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year certificate in machine trades preferred
- 2+ years of CNC milling experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in GD&T
- Advanced knowledge of reading G-code and M-code
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass annual vision screening
