Job Summary
Set up, operate, and program complex machined components using fully documented procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. Produce first-piece parts meeting print specifications, perform manual inspections, and interpret blueprints with advanced GD&T knowledge. Operate multiple machines simultaneously within a production cell while applying shop math skills for problem-solving. Mentor operators to promote skill development and maintain machining practices. This role supports a diverse range of materials and precision parts in a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of machining experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Advanced math skills

- 1st Shift (7am-3pm M-F)
- 2nd shift (2pm-12am M-Th)
