CNC Machinist/Machine Operator

Job Summary
Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts, set up machines, and monitor production processes. Read and follow work instructions and production documentation, perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications, maintain a clean and safe work area, and adhere to quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; work as part of a manufacturing team across day and swing shifts. CNC programming knowledge is a plus for machinist roles; entry-level through experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Willingness to work day and afternoon (swing) shifts
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- CNC lathe and mill experience preferred but not required for all roles
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
