Job Summary
Operate CNC lathes and perform machine setup, including interpreting customer blueprints for product operation. Program the machines if capable, as this adds to the list of duties. Communicate effectively with other employees to ensure all manufacturing needs and requirements are understood. Join the 2nd shift from 3:15pm to 1:45am at this established machine shop in Warminster, PA with over 30 years in business.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience operating CNC lathes
- Machine setup experience
- Ability to read and interpret customer blue prints for setup, and operation of customers product
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees so that they all understand the manufacturing needs and requirements
