This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of CNC machining experience who can work independently and continue developing setup skills. Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with tooling, offsets, and first-piece inspections
- Blueprint reading and ability to hold tolerances; strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and continue developing setup skills
