CNC Machinist III

Job Summary
Operate and program CNC machines (lathes, mills, and grinders) to manufacture parts according to specifications. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machining processes and tooling requirements. Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages and adjust for optimized production. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts with precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with engineers and quality control to resolve machining issues and improve processes. Maintain production records, logs, and maintenance schedules; ensure safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Shift: 5 days per week, 3pm-11:30pm with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with CNC programming, including G-code
- Strong knowledge of machining tools, materials, and measurement techniques
