Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision components for medical and aerospace applications. Interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, set offsets, and adjust feeds and speeds while maintaining tight tolerances on complex parts. Perform in-process inspections using precision gauges and follow regulated procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices. Contribute to continuous improvement and reliable delivery for critical OEM customers in an engineering-driven, quality-focused environment.
