Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision components for medical and aerospace applications. Interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, set offsets, adjust feeds and speeds, and maintain tight tolerances on complex parts. Perform in-process inspections using precision gauges while following regulated procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices. Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure reliable delivery for critical OEM customers in an engineering-driven, quality-focused environment. Work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd or 3rd shift availability
- Ability to set up and operate CNC mills or lathes
- Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances on complex parts
