Job Summary
CNC Machinist II needed to set up, adjust, and operate numerically controlled machine tools to produce precision parts following engineering drawings and routings. Perform progressive machining operations on repetitive workpieces with close tolerances and finish specs. Follow programming instructions and machine set up data; verify conformance of parts to specifications; may run more than one unit concurrently. Requires broad knowledge of machining techniques and CNC procedures; strong blueprint reading and measurement skills; metric conversions; and adherence to ITAR/government contract requirements. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Ability to perform metric conversions
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent resident (Green Card) required per ITAR and government contract requirements
